I need help. How can I reach the Member Experience Team?

There are a few different ways to reach out to our Member Experience team! 

 You may be email our team at support@homerapp.com. They can also be reached by clicking the "Help button" spread throughout the HOMER website and HOMER Reading app.

Lastly, you can go into your settings by clicking the blue button in top left corner of the HOMER Reading app. Click the gear icon in the drop down menu. After entering in your birth year, you will be taken to your settings. Scroll down until you see "Contact and Support". Then tap "Report a Problem".

Our Member Experience team is in the office from 8am to 6pm Monday thought Friday, and will be sure to personally respond to you within 24-48 hours. On weekends or holidays, it can take just a bit longer. 

We're a small team working hard to make sure our customers get the best experience with our program, and we appreciate your patience as we look into your questions and concerns!
