We're a small team here at HOMER, so at the moment we aren't able to man an incoming support line.
However, there are a few different ways to reach out to us via email!
HOMER support can be reached directly via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. They can also be reached by clicking the "Help button" spread throughout the website and app.
Lastly, you can go into your settings by clicking the blue button in top left corner of the app. Click the gear icon in the drop down menu. After entering in your birth year, you will be taken to your settings. Scroll down until you see "Contact and Support". Then tap "Report a Problem".
Our Member Experience team is in the office from 8am to 6pm Monday thought Friday, and will be sure to personally respond to you within 24-48 hours. On weekends or holidays, it can take just a bit longer.
