The app is taking a long time to load. What do I do?

If the Homer app is taking a long time to load, you will first want to check your internet connection. If your internet connection is having problems, this will affect loading time of lessons, content, and images on the app.

If you are able to access the internet normally from your device while experiencing this loading issue, please contact our support team at support@homerapp.com. Let us know how long the problem has been going on, what device you are using, and send screenshots if you are able to. The more information you send to us, the faster we are able to get to the bottom of the issue!
