How do I cancel my trial?

If you purchased your subscription via iTunes/Apple store, please follow these instructions:

1) Launch the settings app on your iPad or iPhone.

2) Tap iTunes and App store

3) Tap on your Apple ID

4) Tap View Apple I.D when the pop up window appears

5) Enter your Apple ID and/or password if you are prompted.

6) Tap subscriptions

7) Tap the subscription you wish to cancel. You will either tap monthly, quarterly, or yearly, depending on which subscription you purchased with us.

8) Tap Cancel

9) Tap confirm when prompted to confirm that you wish to cancel your subscription.

Once completed, your subscription will no longer automatically renew at the end of your billing period. All of our pricing and billing policies are outlined in the Terms & Conditions of your subscription, but just to confirm you’ll have no further charges and you will have unlimited access to the Homer Learn-to-Read Program until the end of your membership.

If you purchased your Homer subscription via the Homer website, please follow these instructions:

1) Visit https://learnwithhomer.com.

2) Sign in using your user id and password with which you opened your account. If you are already signed, in, click on your email address in the upper right corner.

3) In the drop down menu choose settings.

4) Choose manage membership in the drop down menu.

5) Turn off Automatic Renewal

6) **IMPORTANT-DO NOT STOP HERE**-Your account is not yet canceled.

7) Click continue on the bottom of every page you are directed to.

8) On the final page, you will be asked to agree to the terms and conditions of the cancelation. Check this
box.

9) After checking the box, click submit.

How do I know whether I have an iTunes or Homer website subscription?

1) Log into your Homer account at https://learnwithhomer.com by clicking on the white “Sign In” button on the upper right corner.  If you are already signed, in, click on your email address in the upper right corner.

2) Then, go to https://learnwithhomer.com/tools/settings/ and click “Manage Membership”

3) If you have a Homer subscription through iTunes, it will be clearly stated that you have unlimited access to Learn with Homer through the iTunes plan.

4) If you have a Homer subscription through the Homer website, your membership plan and membership dates will be clearly listed.
