First, if you are using the HOMER app as opposed to the website, please delete HOMER from your device entirely. Then revisit the app store, download HOMER, and sign back in. Does this resolve your issue? 

If not, please reach out to our Member Experience Team at support@homerapp.com with the following information:

1. The email address your HOMER membership is under.
2. The device you are using to access HOMER.
3. If possible, a screenshot or video of the issue you are encountering.

Our team will look into your issue and reach back out right away!
