First, if you are using the HOMER Reading app as opposed to the website, please delete HOMER Reading from your device entirely. Then revisit the app store, download HOMER Reading, and sign back in. Does this resolve your issue?

1. The email address your HOMER membership is under.
2. The device you are using to access HOMER Reading.
3. If possible, a screenshot or video of the issue you are encountering.
