If you've sent your child postcards but they haven't received them, it may be because there is a queue of packages or postcards.
As you can see in the screenshot below, the Pigeon Post can only show up to four packages or postcards at a time (seen as a line of boxes at the top of the screen below), but there may be more behind the queue that are not yet visible. To get to them, simply open the postcards or packages, and tap the bell on the counter again.
Similarly, if your child doesn't receive their mail immediately after you or a Pigeon Post Connection sends it, make sure your Wi-Fi connection is strong, and then tap the bell again to refresh the mailbox connection.
