Do I need to sit with my child when they use HOMER Reading?

You'll need to be present to set up your child's learning pathway, and your parent account. We also find it's helpful (and fun) to explore all of HOMER Reading with your child the first time around so that both of you are familiar with how the program works, what the different categories are, and how your child will be learning,

HOMER's user experience experts designed the HOMER Reading program to be intuitive and totally child-friendly, so your child will be able to use HOMER Reading independently in no time. Keep in mind, HOMER Reading is most effective if children repeat lessons, so you may want to remind your child to go back and practice previous lessons frequently.
