Repeating lessons is the best way to solidify a child's learning. It's especially valuable to repeat our Learn to Read lessons. We make sure that there is a great deal of review woven into each level of the program, but review and repetition are not identical tasks. Repetition helps make skills automatic, and on average kids build mastery after 3 to 5 repetitions of a lesson. Encourage your kids to repeat an old lesson every few times they use Homer!
