Simply delete the app on your iPad or iPhone and then download it again. When you open the app, after a few introductory screens, you'll be asked "Do you already have a parent account?" You should choose "Yes, log in." Then, go through the parent gate, and enter the e-mail and password you use for Learn with Homer.
Once you're in the app, tap the blue button in the top left corner, and select the gear icon. Once in the setting, select "Restore a Subscription Made in the App," or "Restore a Subscription Made on the Website," whichever applies to you.
Your account will be restored. You may have to enter your apple ID to restore purchases or and iTunes subscription.
