I have a technical issue with HOMER Stories!

We're here to help!

First, please delete HOMER from your device entirely. Then revisit the app store, download HOMER Stories, and sign back in. Does this resolve your issue? 

If not, please reach out to our Member Experience Team at support@homerapp.com with the following information:

1. The email address your HOMER membership is under.
2. The device you are using to access HOMER Stories.
3. If possible, a screenshot or video of the issue you are encountering.

Our team will look into your issue and reach back out right away!
