I already pay for a HOMER membership. Why is it asking me to start a free trial?

If you find yourself locked out of your HOMER membership, please use the following steps.
1. Go to the main log-in page.
2. Tap ”I have an account" located underneath the "Get Started" button.
3. Enter your existing HOMER email address and password to access your membership.
